Responsibilities:
1. Support partnered development studios by assisting with project follow-ups and design discussions.
2. Play and analyze a wide range of games across different genres and platforms, and share structured insights and observations.
3. Conduct competitor research and basic game tear-downs based on team needs.
4. Assist with collecting and organizing data, and conduct basic data analysis to support design evaluations.
5. Help draft, edit, and implement game design documents.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support for on-site or online studio work when required.
Requirements:
1. Keen gamer with broad exposure to different game genres and platforms (PC, console, mobile), able to form and express personal insights into gameplay.
2. Strong passion for game design and publishing, with curiosity to think from both player experience and game design perspectives.
3. Basic data analysis skills to support design insights with evidence.
4. Good teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn and share.
5. Bonus points for relevant coursework, prior project experience, or personal design work such as mods, custom levels, or design documents.
