About the role

As a Junior Quantitative Analyst / (Assistent) Trader, you’ll play a key role in supporting and improving our quantitative processes. Around 90% of your time will be spent on quantitative work (research, modeling, data analysis and reporting) and 10% on trading activities.

You’ll work closely with experienced traders and quants to enhance existing models, develop new insights from data, and contribute to the implementation of trading strategies. This role offers a steep learning curve and plenty of room to grow. Both technically and professionally.


What you’ll do

  • Support trading activities: monitoring, execution, and analysis.
  • Manipulate, transform, and analyze large datasets from internal systems, APIs, blockchain, and external data sources.
  • Produce weekly and daily reports, including portfolio monitoring and risk metrics.
  • Improve existing models and develop new tools or analytical frameworks.
  • Conduct quantitative research and test new trading or investment strategies.
  • Contribute to financial modeling, stress testing, and portfolio analysis.

You bring structure, accuracy, and energy to our quantitative work. You help speed up research, improve analysis,and ensure smooth portfolio monitoring. You take ownership of recurring processes like reporting, while actively contributing to innovation and model development.


What we’re looking for

You are analytical, precise, and curious. Someone who enjoys solving complex problems and turning data into insight. You combine confidence with competitiveness and a clear quantitative mindset. You have a solid understanding of statistics, probability theory and basic financial concepts (e.g. bonds, Black-Scholes-Merton, VaR). You know how to work with data, models and visualizations, and you enjoy improving processes along the way.


You’ll need:

  • Proficiency in Python. At least 1 year of proven experience (university, internship, or work)
  • Experience with Python libraries such as NumPy, pandas, matplotlib, plotly
  • A university degree in Quantitative Finance, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or another quantitative field
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken


Affinity with trading or the willingness to learn trading skills is a strong plus.
