Business Analyst (Junior) - (m/f)

Position Summary
We’re looking for a new team member to join our department. A team that works at the intersection of data, decision-making, and healthcare transformation.
As a Business Analyst, you’ll be part of a small and agile unit with high exposure to senior leadership and strategic projects. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals on initiatives that drive value across the organization — from analytics and strategy to integrated performance dashboards and complex data pipelines.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to grow, learn from the inside how a leading healthcare group makes decisions, and contribute to projects that matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and Structure Requirements: Support the definition and structuring of business needs to design and implement meaningful indicators and metrics.
- Work with Data: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, identify data quality issues, and support continuous improvement of our analytics pipeline.
- Collaborate on Projects: Participate in data integration, process optimization, and digital innovation projects — often with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Communicate with Impact: Be a clear and thoughtful communicator with internal stakeholders, from analysts to project sponsors.
- A problem-solver with analytical curiosity and critical thinking.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, eager to learn fast and take ownership.
- Collaborative and proactive, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Management, Information Management, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role (internships included).
- Solid command of Excel; experience with Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (appreciated).
- Interest in healthcare, innovation, or digital transformation (appreciated).
- Experience with SQL or data querying tools (appreciated).
- Understanding of data governance or business intelligence (appreciated).
