ABOUT US
Founded in 2009, we are now a melting pot team based in Lisbon, Porto & Boston that has deployed more than 200 projects for our world-class clients. Our team is made up of people with amazing knowledge on Design, Usability and Web/Mobile based Software. We're a user-centred & quality software-driven company. And we work with a passion for creating something new and cool. Our goal is to find out ways to make your (and our users') life bliss. Whether an iOS & Android mobile application for a fintech or a multi-platform e-commerce solution, we have the talent to meet our client's needs and beyond.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Love thinking about and improving Digital Products? Do you want to solve usability challenges and build interfaces that will impact lives of users all over the world?
We are looking for a Product Designer.
- Lead discovery: plan and facilitate sessions to align on experience, technical, and functional requirements with stakeholders across the business.
- Synthesize and present insights clearly to stakeholders, not just the delivery team.
- Document journeys, flows, and decisions in Figma and Mural; keep artefacts tidy and current.
- Translate business needs into structured design requirements and opportunities; collaborate within an Agile process adapted for design.
- Evolve existing UI when needed (there’s already a base), with primary focus on requirements and business needs over net-new UI production.
- Comfortable working independently and driving alignment with varied stakeholders (brand, different products, multiple seniority levels).
- Strong facilitation and communication skills; confident presenting insights to non-design audiences.
- Proficient with Figma (flows, annotations, light edits to existing designs) and Mural (workshops, mapping).
- Comfortable leading the research plan and running requirements-definition sessions; rigorous in documenting discoveries.
- Familiar with an Agile workflow tailored to design (not only engineering).
Nice to have
- Have a deep understanding of interaction principles, such as usability and accessibility.
- Use motion design in the interface to guide users, create an emotional layer, and highlight state/flow changes.
Technical skills
- Analytical mindset, ability to analyze business requirements and organize information;
- Experience in mapping interaction flows;
- Creation of wireframes and interactive prototypes;
- Experience designing interfaces for responsive websites and mobile applications;
- Organization and preparation of user testing sessions;
- Ability to substantiate and justify decisions made throughout the process;
- Fluency in English;
- Training in Design, Ergonomics, Management, Strategy, Marketing, Psychology or related areas;
