YOU WILL

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery - from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and budget
• Establish and maintain clear project structures - define goals, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics in alignment with global PMO methodology
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple regions, ensuring consistent communication, collaboration, and alignment with strategic priorities
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including project charters, timelines, risk registers, governance decks, and post-implementation reviews
• Monitor project performance through established governance frameworks, proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and implementing mitigation plans
• Collaborate closely with senior management to provide progress updates, budget tracking, and executive summaries for PMO steering committees
• Promote best practices in project management, driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the PMO community
• Contribute to portfolio management activities by ensuring accurate reporting, resource allocation, and prioritization of strategic initiatives
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in global or matrix organizations
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across business functions and geographies
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies and frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and familiarity with portfolio governance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present complex topics to senior leadership
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, capable of interpreting data and transforming insights into actionable recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Confluence
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Practitioner)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) - any additional European language is an advantage
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon (hybrid flexibility possible)
