About The Role
You will work in the Global Data & Business Intelligence team, working closely with Global Business Intelligence & Data Manager, other analysts, and BI developers. With the support of your team members you are expected to directly engage with business leaders and other stakeholders in order or driving the agenda of better data decision making and becoming a data driven organization. Here you are expected to drive utilization of BI tools by ensuring proper internal/external processes, ensuring the relevant BI tools are driving value for the business users and enable them to navigate in the data platforms.
In this role you will be engaging with various sales-, customer service- & finance teams to ensure model understanding, usage and quality. You will be acting as model expert to facilitate the models' functionalities and restrictions and help identify further improvements with stakeholders. Furthermore, you will ensure data accuracy as well as reconciliation of all the data from various source points within the business. You will be responsible for the definition, tracking and visualization of Manufacturing KPIs driving operational efficiency and supporting Gunnebo Manufacturing sites with valuable insights.

About The Role

What You Will Do
- Facilitate data driven decision making across the organization globally
- Host regular cadence on performance reviews utilizing existing BI solutions to drive performance
- Drive development of new BI models when applicable by scoping needs and defining the architecture of the model enabling BI developers to bring in correct data and create the right relations
- Continuous improvement of existing BI models by changes to data queries/logic, data models and/or PowerBI reports - all through the Microsoft Fabric Data stack.
- Monitor data accuracy KPIs and support regional & local users on improvements
Requirements
Who we are looking for
Essential Experience
- Bachelor's degree or final year of studies in: Computer Science / Information Technology, Data Science / Applied Mathematics / Statistics, Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics, Business Informatics / Operations or related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Highly organized & methodical action focused approach with ability to meet deadlines
- Independent, self-driven with a doer mindset
- Experienced communicator: Experienced in communicating complex data models at simple level to users as well as presenting to upper management on project updates and findings.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze large datasets and identify a structure in complicated & inconsistent processes
- Experienced and proficient with using Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
