At our location in Slovenia we are looking for a Quality Engineer (m/f/d).
Main Activities
- Representing PRISMA at the customer as central point of contact and manage all related quality tasks professionally, internally and externally
- Collaborate with customer teams in integration of Lighting and Electronic projects
- Resolve conflicts between team members, departments and coordinate the best possible project progress
- Analyze and document defects and feedback from customers
- Develop, implement and maintain quality control systems and processes to ensure that products meet customer and industry standards
- Ensure project goals in terms of milestones and maturity, while motivating the team to meet commitments in timing and maturity levels
- Ensure that products are of the highest quality through inspections and testing
- Develop and maintain quality assurance standards to ensure compliance with customer requirements
- Review test results and product specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Develop and maintain quality control systems to ensure consistent production quality
- Analyze and document production processes to identify areas of improvement
- Conduct required audits to verify product and process quality
- Collaborate with suppliers to address and resolve quality issues
- Analyze quality data and metrics of suppliers to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Maintain and update supplier quality documentation and records
- Ensure suppliers adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
- Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers on quality-related matters
- Reviews and approves Risk Assessment documents such as PFMEA and DFMEA
