About the Role

We're looking for a QA Engineer with strong expertise in iOS mobile testing and automation, ready to contribute to a highly collaborative and forward-thinking QA Guild. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring quality across the full development lifecycle. You will help implement disciplined automation strategies, reinforce structured risk analysis, and maintain a robust testing framework shared across brands, all orchestrated via CI/CD pipelines owned by our platform team.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end QA practices in an Agile sprint cycle: story analysis, automation hook planning, test execution, and post-sprint release validation.
• Execute and expand automated test suites using Behave + Appium (XCUITest driver) integrated via Fastlane.
• Participate in daily triage of Nightly Sanity runs and coordinate targeted regression testing for high-risk PRs.
• Investigate flaky tests, analyze visual regressions, and debug failures using Allure reports, video logs, and console output.
• Collaborate across brands by running tests on any of the six iOS apps in shared CI environments.
• Actively contribute to cross-team improvements, including node-scaling PoCs, dashboard metrics, and infra health syncs.
• Ensure that you adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations for your role.
• Identify and raise any non-compliance incidents promptly to your line manager.
• Challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group.
• Complete all mandatory compliance training assigned to you.
• Reach out to the Compliance Teams if unsure of any of your compliance obligations or the requirements are unclear.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mobile QA, preferably iOS.

Required Skills

• Solid knowledge of test automation frameworks (XCUITest, Appium) and Gherkin syntax.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Fastlane.
• Comfortable with command-line test execution and mobile device/simulator management.
• Analytical and quality-focused mindset with experience in risk-based testing.
• Experience debugging test failures with video logs and console output.
• Ability to collaborate across remote and multi-brand teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Grafana, Jira, Confluence is a plus.
• Valuable: Experience with proxy-based tools for inspecting and mocking network traffic.
