About the role
We’re looking for a Creative Producer (Trends & Hooks Strategist & Competitors) who lives inside TikTok and Instagram, spots trends before they peak, and knows how to turn them into high-performing creatives. You’ll act as the team’s “radar” — tracking beauty/skincare trends, researching competitors, and quickly transforming insights into testable performance hypotheses.

What you’ll do

• Track new beauty/skincare trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging content formats.
• Analyze strategies of direct and indirect competitors and iterate their creatives with AI and hands-on tools.
• Generate and test performance Hooks for creatives: continuously brainstorm, create, spy, monitor, and refine hooks based on trends/market signals and performance.
• Deliver regular trend reports with actionable insights and creative opportunities.
• Write clear and sharp creative briefs for designers and UGC producers.
• Work closely with the UA team to test and scale trend-driven hypotheses quickly.
• Use AI platforms and hands-on production tools (CapCut, Final Cut, After Effects) to speed up iterations and boost performance.

What we expect

• 1+ years of experience in creative production or performance marketing.
• Experience withB2C subscription-based products (mobile apps is a plus).
• Strong ability to spot and anticipate trends before they peak.
• Deep understanding of beauty/skincare content and visual language.
• Competitor analysis skills and the ability to adapt high-performing concepts.
• Hands-on skills with production tools (CapCut, Final Cut, After Effects).
• Basic analytical skills: ability to evaluate CTR, ROAS, CAC.
• English proficiency B1+.
