Zenixspace AG is a leading design and build firm headquartered in Zurich, delivering innovative workplace design and construction projects across Europe. Our Abingdon office is a growing hub for our UK operations, and we’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant to support our business development and communications.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual who wants to gain experience across graphic design, marketing, and business development. The primary focus will be on producing high-quality pitch and bid documents, proposals, and client presentations that showcase our expertise and help us win exciting new projects. You’ll work closely with our leadership, design, and pre-construction teams to design compelling, professional client-facing materials.

Alongside this, you’ll support the management of our website and social media channels, create marketing collateral, and contribute to strengthening Zenixspace’s brand and market presence. No prior industry experience is necessary — we’re looking for enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality pitch documents, proposals, and client presentations. 
• Manage and refresh the company website, ensuring content is engaging and on-brand.
• Develop and schedule content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Assist with photography, image editing, and maintaining project image libraries.
• Ensure consistent application of Zenixspace’s brand identity across all outputs.
• Contribute creative ideas to strengthen our profile and visibility in the marketplace.

Skills & Attributes

• Degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong design skills with a sharp eye for layout, typography, colour, and detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
• Confident using digital tools for website management and social media.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A collaborative team player with creativity, enthusiasm, and a growth mindset.
