We are looking for a professional and comprehensive Human Resources Generalist to support - in a temporary mission- a designated client groups across the organization in Iberia Region. The service to be provided will cover all generalist areas such as people strategy, talent development and succession planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development.

  • Ensure the correct implementation of all People policies and procedures by providing accurate and timely guidance to management and staff.
  • Design and follow up of the EOS action plans for the Region.
  • Advise and guide managers on employee relations matters in accordance with Company policies, best practices and statutory requirements. This will include counsel and guidance on disciplinary, grievance and performance management matters.
  • Manage the recruitment process for open to hire positions. This will include the identification of key skills and critical success factors, the completion of recruitment authorization documentation, the agreement and selection of the appropriate recruitment channel, liaising with external resourcing partners as required and the identification and short listing of appropriately qualified candidates. Ensure that job descriptions and candidate profiles are in place and that all recruitment activity is managed within budget and headcount controls.
  • Manage the offer process, ensuring compliance with Company policy, and ensure the provision of contracts and all associated documentation in a timely manner.
  • Advise payroll of starters, leavers and any change of details for employees, ensuring the completion of all required documents.
  • Ensure the delivery of new hire orientation and induction.
  • Manage the annual performance management process, incorporating the talent review and salary planning, ensuring that deadlines are met and all information communicated to employees within the specified timelines, once approvals have been received.
  • Identify training and development needs in conjunction with line managers and plan appropriate activities against these needs, ensuring that all activities are managed within budget.
  • Prepare and submit monthly people reports detailing key activities, data and metrics including open to hire information, labour turnover, and employee relations matters.
  • Contribute to the development of improvements in departmental processes, procedures and reporting.

  • A self-starter who is naturally confident and outgoing with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Action oriented and resilient with a pro-active approach to problem solving.
  • Well defined planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and balance priorities.
  • 3/5 years generalist Human resources experience with exposure to all aspects of HR management including employee engagement, talent acquisition, employee relations, legal, compensation and benefits and employee development.
  • University level degree, computer literate.
  • Sound working knowledge of Spain & Portugal employment law
