For our client, we are looking for a Project & Portfolio Manager (100%) (f/m/d).

Main tasks

  • Manage and coordinate technical projects from the design phase through to delivery, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements are met
  • Working closely with the development or infrastructure teams to ensure the successful execution of technical projects
  • Translate business needs into clear and detailed technical specifications, in collaboration with the development or infrastructure teams
  • Ensure communication between technical teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to guarantee alignment and understanding of objectives
  • Monitor and manage risks, identify potential obstacles, and propose solutions to overcome them
  • Manage project resources, including assignments, workload, and task organization to optimize productivity
  • Oversee testing and validation phases to ensure that technical deliverables meet defined requirements
  • Establish and monitor performance indicators to measure project progress and adjust plans accordingly
  • Ensure complete and up-to-date project documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and progress reports
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the organization


Requirements

  • You have a degree in project management
  • You have proven experience (minimum 10 years) as an IT Project Manager, with expertise in software development or IT infrastructure management
  • You have strong project management skills, with a mastery of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • You have a good understanding of technical architectures, software development cycles, or IT infrastructures
  • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • You have proven skills in risk management and technical problem solving
  • You have a good knowledge of project management tools (Jira, MS Project) and collaboration platforms
  • You have a customer-oriented approach and the ability to understand and anticipate business needs
  • You are fluent in French and have an excellent level of English. Knowledge of German is an asset


Conditions:

  • Start date and end: from 1 November 2025 to 31 May 2026
  • Work load: 100%
  • Location: Geneva/Zurich, Home Office 40%
  • Language requirements: French C2, English C1
