The Role

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who can take complex logistics workflows and turn them into sim

  • Finmile Control Tower (backend dashboards for DSPs and brands)
  • Finmile Mobile App (courier and driver app: routing, proof of delivery, returns, chat, etc.)
  • Marketing & System Emails (automated alerts, reports, onboarding, NPS, product comms)

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to design user experiences that make daily delivery operations frictionless and scalable — from a single courier to an entire global network.

What You’ll Do
  • Own end-to-end design for our mobile, web, and email interfaces.
  • Create clean, intuitive, and scalable design systems that connect across app, dashboard, and brand.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless handoff and implementation (Figma → production).
  • Conduct user research with couriers, dispatchers, and clients to understand real-world pain points.
  • Prototype and test new flows for routing, proof of delivery, notifications, and reporting.
  • Evolve the Finmile design system to ensure consistency, speed, and brand coherence.


What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years experience designing digital products (B2B SaaS or logistics/marketplace products a plus).
  • Proven experience with Figma and responsive design principles.
  • Strong UX fundamentals — able to simplify complex, data-dense workflows into clear, usable interfaces.
  • Great visual taste — clean typography, consistent spacing, and smart hierarchy.
  • Understanding of motion and micro-interactions to make complex actions feel effortless.
  • Ability to move fast, iterate, and make smart trade-offs without sacrificing usability.
  • Strong communication skills — you can explain your design decisions clearly and concisely.
Nice to Have
  • Experience designing for courier or logistics apps (or any operationally heavy environment).
  • Basic front-end understanding (HTML/CSS/React knowledge a plus).
  • Email design experience with modular templates and responsive layouts.
