Chief Technology Officer

Opportunity for Hands on CTO at VC backed startup - Stockholm

My client, a (significantly) seed-funded AI startup based in Stockholm, are looking for a CTO to build their AI industry insights platform. They have recently undergone a successful proof of concept with one of Europe's largest fintechs, and are looking for a CTO to bring their MVP to a production ready product.

In this role, you will determine the technical decisions that define how the product is built. This includes everything, from building the founding engineering team from day 1, to defining the architecture of the product and building out the product according to your idea, all whilst being given technical ownership of the product. Significant equity + competitive salary are offered too!!

Requirements

• 5+ years of tech leadership experience
• Experience leading customer facing teams and projects at strong tech companies in Sweden, or experience leading projects in startups and scaleups.
• Solid experience leading projects involved with the development of LLMs.
• Recent hands on experience in developing AI products with a similar techstack: Typescript, React, Next, FastAPI, Open AI, RAG, Audio AI
