Assignment Description
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Fullstack Developer with a strong frontend profile and solid experience in Golang. You will replace one of two Fullstack Developers in a small team that is transitioning from primarily frontend development toward a more fullstack architecture.
This is a parental leave replacement role that involves both hands-on development and the opportunity to contribute with coaching and technical guidance within the team.
You likely have a background in modern web development using JavaScript/TypeScript, and ideally experience building widgets, chatbots, or interactive interfaces. Previous experience in the telecom sector is not required – instead, we are looking for someone with broader product or service development experience.
Technical Environment / Skills
- Frontend: JavaScript / Vue.js
- Backend: Golang (Go)
- Fullstack: API integrations, event-driven architecture, cloud platforms
- Telecom: Experience from telecom or communication platforms is a plus
- Experience building widgets or chat interfaces is highly meritorious
- CI/CD, GitHub, and modern development workflows
- Bonus: Experience in coaching or mentoring within a team
We are looking for a senior developer who enjoys working close to product and UX, and who can contribute with both technical expertise and experience. You are self-driven, communicative, and comfortable in a hybrid work setup with regular on-site collaboration in Uppsala.
Additional Information
The team is based in Uppsala and typically meets one day per week on-site.
Planned start is mid-November, and the assignment runs until summer 2026, with a possible extension.
