Are you an experienced Senior Designer Mechanics ready to shape advanced high-tech equipment? We’re looking for a driven engineer to partner with architects and lead the development of cutting-edge mechanical solutions for industries ranging from semiconductors to medical technology.

What you’ll be doing as a Senior Designer Mechanics:

• Acting as a sparring partner to Architects and translating specifications into innovative mechanical concepts
• Performing critical calculations, tolerance analyses, and defining key quality dimensions
• Visualizing designs in 3D and contributing to product development with cross-functional teams
• Ensuring manufacturability, assembly, testability, and serviceability at optimal cost
• Collaborating with suppliers on component integration and availability
• Taking ownership of broader mechanical challenges, including competence development and mentoring
• Providing technical leadership to engineers and designers in mechanical development projects

What you need to be successful as a Senior Designer Mechanics:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electro-mechanics
• 10+ years of experience in mechatronic and precision system design
• Strong creativity and ability to translate multidisciplinary requirements into design solutions
• Solid knowledge of Design for Excellence (DFX: cost, manufacturability, assembly, serviceability)
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to coach, mentor, and guide colleagues
