About Your Job
In this role, you support Sandvik Group IT in HR topics by offering advice and guidance to our managers and employees. You establish improvements, create a solid HR foundation for the area and deliver results, both as an individual and as part of our team. Your daily work includes working with HR processes and initiatives, individual cases, collective agreements, competence and team development.
The location for this position is preferably Stockholm, however Sandviken could also be an option. You’re very comfortable working in a hybrid work solution.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a relevant university degree combined with a couple of years’ HR experience, including knowledge of Swedish labor laws and collective agreements. You’re comfortable working with modern tools like Microsoft 365 and experience of working with Workday is beneficial. Acting in a global environment calls for excellent English skills, fluent Swedish is a big plus.
You're flexible, adapt quickly and thrive in changing environments. Being curious, you always seek to understand, and you’re brave enough to challenge directly and with empathy. You’re self-driven – always finding ways to deliver on prioritized activities– asking questions, proposing ideas, and offering solutions along the way.
