Skills
Intrusion Windows Defender Darktrace
Requirements
- Monitoring and reviewing alerts from software controls such as Darktrace, McAfee, Windows Defender, Azure, AWS, Censornet WebEmail Filtering and MS Cloud App Security
- Investigating and triaging alerts
- Escalating and following up with other members of the Network team
- Contributing to the weekly security meeting where all alerts and control measures are reviewed and assessed
- Updating weekly reports on alerts and control measures
- Investigating and following up on incidents reported by staff
- Write and review and facilitate testing of response plans to incidents
- Experience in creating and reviewing response plans to incidents
- Experience in working with different technical tools in extracting those elements of interest
- Knowing how to triage and when to escalate issues
- Experience in working with the technical teams responsible for controls
- Ability to procedure meaningful reports on the main areas of interest
- A basic technical understanding of networks, office productivity tools, cloud services such as Office 365 and security control software such as anti-virus and emailweb filtering
- CISSP or similar certification
