We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to take ownership of deploying and maintaining Managed Control Plane (MCP) and Agents on Amazon EKS. In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge cloud-native technologies, infrastructure automation, and scalable Kubernetes environments. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient CI/CD pipelines and runtime operations.

As part of the Core Architecture Team, you’ll help design, implement, and maintain digital engineering platform components that accelerate software delivery, improve compliance, and enable best practices across 700+ applications.

The platform has been running successfully in production for more than two years and is continuously evolving, supported by multiple dedicated teams.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, manage, and maintain MCP and Agents on EKS clusters
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and upgrades
• Set up and optimize monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Ensure security, compliance, and reliability of cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to integrate services
• Document infrastructure architecture, workflows, and best practices
• Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes (preferably on AWS EKS)
• Strong understanding of MCP architecture and agent-based deployments
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD)
• Practical experience with key AWS services (EKS, IAM, VPC, EC2, CloudWatch, S3)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Good grasp of networking, security (TLS, RBAC), and containerization (Docker)
• Strong Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Python) skills
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
• Knowledge of service meshes (Istio, Linkerd)
• Relevant certifications (CKA, AWS DevOps Engineer, etc.)
