We are looking for a "PRODUCT SUPERVISOR" to join our team!

The main responsibilities and specifications for the role are shared below;
- Support the development of annual strategic marketing plans for products in scope to improve the revenue and profitability.
- Plan and execute product lifecycle and milestones ahead of model events and company milestones to ensure competitive product KPIs and ensure coordinated launches for responsible models.
- Model management: Creation, maintenance and distribution of product specifications.
- Bring new proposals and ideas to improve customer satisfaction, product performance.
- Ensures Customer Needs and Market Trends are properly addressed by market research and knowledge.
- Tracks and reports product competitiveness and performance on delegated models throughout the lifecycle.
- Actively participates in monthly campaigns / pricing discussions bringing assessment product competitiveness, raising risks and opportunities.
- Work closely with counterparts to deliver and report monthly/quarterly/yearly KPI's on the Product.
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of Turkish automotive market, regulations and market dynamics is a plus.
- Fluent English written and verbally
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Advanced communication skills
- Problem solver, result oriented and initiative taker with "can do" attitude
