Our client is a top 5 mobile games publisher with over 7 billion downloads to date, and a global leader in hyper-casual game development, distribution, and innovation.
We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and play a key role in shaping the success of our games. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with product, creative, marketing, and analytics teams to build models, design experiments, and turn data into insights that drive business impact and reach millions of players worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Define data science goals that drive business impact and align with key company KPIs
- Develop and optimize LTV models to support product and monetization decisions
- Lead the design and implementation of robust A/B testing frameworks
- Deliver actionable insights through advanced statistical modeling and data analysis
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Content teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations that influence product roadmaps and strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role in mobile gaming industry,
- Strong background in statistics and mathematics
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining LTV models
- Deep expertise in A/B testing methodologies and experiment design
- Proven experience in the gaming industry – a must
- Advanced SQL and Python skills – required
- Familiarity with large-scale data environments and cloud-based technologies – an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional initiatives
