About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Anti-Fraud Project Manager to develop and execute on our fraud prevention initiatives. In this role, you will be working with the Acquisition and Antifraud team on designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive fraud detection and prevention strategies across our AI platform and client solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Design/co-design and execute anti-fraud strategies and frameworks tailored to AI-driven business environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in deploying fraud detection systems, tools, and best practices
  • Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of fraud prevention initiatives
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and stay updated on emerging fraud techniques
  • Collaborate with ML team to optimize fraud detection algorithms
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for fraud prevention initiatives
  • Create and maintain documentation of anti-fraud processes and policies


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or related roles
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology or AI-focused companies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fraud detection technologies and methodologies
  • Good understanding of machine learning and AI principles as they apply to fraud detection
  • Experience with data analysis tools and fraud monitoring systems
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail


Nice to Have

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to fraud prevention (AML, KYC, etc.)
  • Experience in the AI or machine learning industry


What We Offer

  • Flexible full-time remote project, 40 hours/week
  • Hourly rate - 22 USD per hour
