Job Description

We are seeking a proficient Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to the client's specifications. You will strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation. As a web developer, you will work closely with our project managers and design teams to turn creative ideas into functional online experiences. Your role will also include maintaining our current websites, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and consistently implementing new features and user interfaces. This position requires a detail-oriented approach and a passion for new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain website layouts that are consistent across all platforms and browsers.
• Write well-documented, efficient, and clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases into web applications.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs to meet user expectations.
• Identify and troubleshoot potential website problems and work to resolve them.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities.
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
• Review and evaluate new web development technologies to improve website experience.
• Implement and manage security backup strategies to protect data and software.
• Contribute to the internal repository of reusable code, documentation, or other software assets.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience with front-end development languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with various programming languages and technologies such as PHP or Python.
• Knowledge of CMS frameworks like WordPress or Drupal for website management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
