  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical ERP solutions
  • Hands-on configuration and development across multiple ERP modules, including but not limited to:
  • Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA)
  • HR (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service)
  • SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Logistics)
  • Other modules such as Projects, Budgeting, or Maintenance
  • Design and develop custom reports, interfaces, workflows, and APIs
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs
  • Support patching, upgrades, and ERP integration with external systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Maintain technical documentation and change logs

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Technical Delivery Coverage: Contribute to 3+ core ERP modules + at least 1 additional module
  • Issue Resolution Time: 90% of issues resolved within 2 working days
  • System Stability: Zero unplanned outages due to technical customizations
  • Technical Change Delivery: 95% of change requests delivered on time and defect-free
  • Documentation Accuracy: 100% documentation of technical changes
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: High satisfaction scores from internal functional teams
