*Scope of Work*
- Provide hands-on technical support for Windows and Mac OS systems.
- Support Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365, and Teams applications.
- Troubleshoot and support iOS and Android mobile devices.
- Handle hardware and peripheral issues, including mobile devices.
- Manage and resolve incidents using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
- Support Teams conferencing, enterprise voice, and AV/conference room equipment (TVs, projectors, etc.).
- Perform basic network troubleshooting.
- Utilize SCCM for imaging, software deployment, and patching.
- Follow ITIL-based processes and best practices for IT service delivery.
