  • Provide clear specifications and collaborate closely with front-end teams to resolve ambiguity and ensure design integrity

Accessibility & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct design QA reviews to verify the fidelity of final builds across states and breakpoints

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or digital experience roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, with deep experience creating and managing component libraries, tokens, and auto layout
  • Proven experience working within and contributing to structured design systems
  • Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
  • Prior experience designing for responsive web and native mobile platforms
  • Familiarity with Zeroheight, Zeplin, Storybook, or other handoff/documentation tools
  • Substantial experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated enterprise platforms
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating cross-functionally with developers and product teams
  • Meticulous attention to detail in layer structure, file organization, and component integrity
  • Strong communication and documentation skills for cross-team clarity
