At Engage, you as a Machine Learning Engineer will own the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions that transform how real estate professionals search properties and value assets. You'll build and refine our customized AI model for property search, then pioneer our proprietary valuation model using advanced machine learning techniques. This role demands both engineering rigor and product thinking - you'll ship intelligent systems that directly impact our customers' ability to close deals faster and with greater confidence.

AI Model Development & Deployment: Design, build, and deploy our customized AI model for real estate property search, integrating large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing to understand complex search queries and deliver accurate results.

Valuation Model Creation: Develop and train machine learning models for property valuation, incorporating diverse data sources including demographics, market trends, economic indicators, property characteristics, and historical transaction data.

Data Pipeline Engineering: Build robust data pipelines for collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training using structured data (property specs, pricing) and unstructured data (images, descriptions, reviews).

Model Optimization & Performance: Implement rigorous testing, validation, and fine-tuning of ML models to optimize accuracy, reduce latency, and adapt to evolving market conditions in the UAE real estate landscape.

Production Deployment: Deploy ML models into production via APIs and microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with Engage's platform.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product team, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions that solve real customer problems.

Research & Innovation: Stay current with emerging AI/ML techniques, evaluate new algorithms and frameworks, and drive continuous improvement of our models through experimentation.

Model Monitoring & Retraining: Implement monitoring systems to track model performance, detect drift, and manage retraining cycles to maintain accuracy over time.

Required:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and deep learning.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, regression, classification, and neural networks.
• Experience with NLP and LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) for building intelligent search and recommendation systems.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets using tools like Pandas, NumPy.
• Knowledge of REST API development and experience deploying models via microservices.
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and algorithms essential for model development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker) for model training and deployment.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience in real estate technology or building valuation/pricing models.
• Knowledge of automated valuation models (AVMs) and comparative market analysis.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, model versioning, and experimentation tools (MLFlow, Weights & Biases).
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases for managing diverse data types.
