HR Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately in both HRMS and physical formats.
- Support training and development programs for staff.
- Assist in performance management activities and related documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HRMS systems will be an added advantage.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
