Role Overview
The Data Analyst / Admin will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and seamless flow of lead data across all company platforms. This role acts as the backbone of data integrity by auditing, troubleshooting, and supporting the sales team in managing leads effectively. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to optimize workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Processing & Email Management
- Manage and organize incoming emails to ensure all new leads are processed promptly.
- Maintain systematic documentation of lead sources and statuses.
- Lead Integration & Assignment
- Oversee proper integration of leads from Meta, Google, Email, Property Finder, Bayut, and other sources.
- Ensure accurate assignment of leads to the correct agents and teams.
- Data Accuracy & Auditing
- Conduct regular audits on CRM data to verify lead accuracy and fill in missing or incomplete details.
- Monitor data quality and consistency across multiple platforms.
- Agent & Team Support
- Provide troubleshooting and resolution for lead-related issues faced by agents.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline workflows and improve lead handling processes.
- Operational Flexibility
- Support rotational work schedules depending on business needs.
- Be available to work on rotational offs and, when required, during holidays.
Requirements
Experience
- Proven experience in data management, administration, or related fields.
- Prior exposure to real estate or lead management is an advantage.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
