Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Business Analyst who will support the development and execution of data-led customer engagement strategies across multiple brands under the Apparel Group umbrella. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical foundation, hands-on experience with customer-focused projects, and a solid understanding of retail customer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and support the execution of customer communication strategies across various retail brands.
- Translate customer data into actionable insights to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CRM, brand marketing, and analytics to align on campaign goals and performance tracking.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer journeys, campaign targeting, and lifecycle marketing efforts across multiple touchpoints.
- Use SQL and Python to analyze data and automate aspects of the campaign communication process.
- Contribute to building scalable framework and best practices for campaign planning and customer strategy across a multi-brand environment.
- 3–5 years of experience in customer analytics, CRM strategy, or marketing analytics, ideally in a retail or consumer-focused organization.
- Proficient in SQL and Python to align with automation process and other related modules
- Experience in planning and supporting customer-centric marketing campaigns.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to draw insights from data without relying on predefined models or KPIs.
- Good knowledge of excel and powerpoint and excellent communications skills
- Comfortable working across brands and functions in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Exposure to CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, or customer data platforms.
- Experience working in a multi-brand, omnichannel, or regional retail business.
- Familiarity with tools for campaign measurement or customer engagement analytics.
- Understanding of loyalty marketing or customer lifecycle strategies.
