Our engineering division is composed of many tight-knit and stable teams that each own a specific area of our platform all the way from the UI to the database. You will be assigned directly to one of these teams and will work alongside senior engineers responsible for bringing you up to speed. What you’ll do as a Software Engineer
We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process if this is relevant to your role.

What you’ll do as a Software Engineer
- You will be developing systems and APIs that power a rich set of applications used by a large and passionate group of users every day.
- Care about agility as much as you care about scalability. We roll out products very quickly and are looking for a team that can pivot at a moment’s notice.
- Triage and debug software application issues.
- Work with modern technologies on scalable, reliable systems that people use in a 24/7 sports betting market.
- Contribute to production code immediately.
- At least 1 year of hands on iOS/SwiftUI experience.
- Experience across multiple courses where writing software is a primary element.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (e.g., Git), Xcode tooling, and automated testing practices.
- Comfort in picking up new languages and technologies quickly.
- Collaborative, team-based implementation, either in an internship or project setting.
- Experience writing unit tests.
