Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Intern for Talent Development to support the execution of our employee learning and development programs. This internship offers valuable exposure to corporate HR practices, including administrative operations, data handling, and involvement in key talent initiatives such as 360 feedback and promotion review cycles. The intern will gain hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), training analytics, and talent development processes, contributing meaningfully to a high-growth, international organization.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Support administrative tasks for training programs, including scheduling sessions, preparing attendance sheets, updating calendars, and sending communications.
  • Assist with LMS administration – uploading content, enrolling users, troubleshooting access issues, and tracking completions.
  • Maintain and update the learning request tracker and training calendar to support accurate reporting and planning.
  • Collate 360 feedback responses, organize qualitative comments, and support the team in generating summaries and insights for performance reviews and promotion considerations.
  • Assist in data cleaning and formatting for talent review cycles, ensuring accurate input for dashboards and reports.
  • Support the preparation of promotion documents, including score consolidation, formatting, and document tracking.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint repositories with the latest training materials, guidelines, and performance templates.
  • Assist with logistics for internal onboarding sessions, workshops, and team engagement events.


Qualifications:

  • Current undergraduate or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong interest in learning and development, talent management, or HR operations.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, charts, pivot tables) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with good organization and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, SharePoint, or survey tools is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
