We’re Hiring: Information Technology (IT) Manager | Based in Singapore

Are you a tech-savvy leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology operations and support our growing digital infrastructure in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the IT team to manage infrastructure, networks, systems, and security

Oversee IT policies, risk assessments, disaster recovery & data protection

Manage software/hardware procurement, vendor negotiations & service SLAs

Collaborate with departments to ensure technology supports business needs

Implement and manage cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards

Coordinate IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and integrations

Provide strategic planning for scalable and future-proof IT solutions

Requirements:

Based in Singapore with valid work authorization

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

5+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role

Solid knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and cybersecurity

Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

Relevant certifications: PMP, ITIL, CISSP, AWS/GCP/Azure

Experience with ERP systems, SaaS platforms, and enterprise tools

Background in startups, SMEs, or high-growth tech environments

Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO27001, SOC 2, PDPA, GDPR)
