We are seeking a high-performing UI/UX Designer for a part-time project to lead end-to-end design for a public-facing medical research portal. You will build on Salesforce Lightning and maintain a Figma component library.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver production-ready UI with a strong visual system
• Own the UX lifecycle
• Create and maintain Figma libraries
• Plan and run user research, synthesize insights into actionable decisions
• Champion accessibility, inclusive design, and plain-language content in every deliverable

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in product design with shipped, public-facing web products
• Expert in Figma: component properties, variants, auto layout, design tokens/styles, interactive prototyping
• Demonstrated ability to produce excellent UX and outstanding UI
• Portfolio of end-to-end case studies showing measurable outcomes
• Strong developer collaboration: handoff quality, ticket writing, story mapping, and design QA against specs
