Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle ERP Project Manager to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management with a focus on Oracle Procurement, sourcing, and contracting, and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT project management with strong Oracle Procurement knowledge.
- Strong understanding of procurement business processes, especially in the public sector or government.
- Proficiency in Arabic.
- Certification in project management methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, PRINCE-2, or PMP is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Oman.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in procurement business processes, particularly within the public sector or government.
- Lead and manage IT projects with a strong emphasis on Oracle Procurement.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee procurement processes using Oracle Procurement tools.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and organizational policies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Mentor and guide project team members.
