About the Project

We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our long-term partner, a US-based B2B SaaS platform helping hospitals and care providers manage patient discharge workflows.

You’ll be maintaining and refactoring the PHP/Laravel platform while supporting the migration to a new system. The project has been live since 2017 and continues active development.

• Tech leadership: Engineering Director (ex-Microsoft)

Tech Stack

Backend: PHP 5.4–7.1, Laravel 5.4, MySQL 5.6–5.7, Redis, AWS (SQS, S3)

Frontend: React.js, jQuery

CI/CD: Bitbucket Pipelines, AWS CodeDeploy

Infrastructure: AWS EC2, RDS, Elastic Cache, VirtualBox (local)

Architecture: Monolithic

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in PHP development
• 3+ years with Laravel (5.4+)
• Strong MySQL experience
• Hands-on React.js / Vue. js experience (any commercial level)
• English: B2+ (for technical interviews and daily communication)
