AI Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AI Software Engineer to join our team.

About The Project

Our client is developing an intelligent assistant that leverages generative AI and LLMs to automate workflows in the healthcare domain.

The product is already live with clients in the US and is growing quickly, with a strong focus on AI-driven functionality, scalability, and user experience.

You’ll join a small, fast-paced engineering team working on AI integration, backend development, and cloud infrastructure to deliver real-world automation solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial software engineering experience;
• Strong hands-on experience with Python;
• Basic experience with JavaScript/TypeScript;
• Solid knowledge of APIs, AWS, and relational databases;
• Understanding of system design, cloud architecture, and performance optimization;
• Genuine interest in AI practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI APIs (production or side projects) is a strong advantage;
• Self-driven, ownership-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance AI-powered backend services and system integrations;
• Develop and integrate LLM-based agents and custom AI behaviors tailored to healthcare use cases;
• Implement scalable APIs and data pipelines for AI-driven applications;
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability;
• Maintain and streamline CI/CD pipelines for efficient, safe deployments;
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code;
• Collaborate closely with product and AI teams on roadmap planning and technical decisions.
