The product is already live with clients in the US and is growing quickly, with a strong focus on AI-driven functionality, scalability, and user experience.
You’ll join a small, fast-paced engineering team working on AI integration, backend development, and cloud infrastructure to deliver real-world automation solutions.

You’ll join a small, fast-paced engineering team working on AI integration, backend development, and cloud infrastructure to deliver real-world automation solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial software engineering experience;
- Strong hands-on experience with Python;
- Basic experience with JavaScript/TypeScript;
- Solid knowledge of APIs, AWS, and relational databases;
- Understanding of system design, cloud architecture, and performance optimization;
- Genuine interest in AI practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI APIs (production or side projects) is a strong advantage;
- Self-driven, ownership-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Design, build, and enhance AI-powered backend services and system integrations;
- Develop and integrate LLM-based agents and custom AI behaviors tailored to healthcare use cases;
- Implement scalable APIs and data pipelines for AI-driven applications;
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability;
- Maintain and streamline CI/CD pipelines for efficient, safe deployments;
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code;
- Collaborate closely with product and AI teams on roadmap planning and technical decisions.
- Experience integrating AI models into production systems;
- Background in healthcare or pharmacy-related tech;
- Previous experience as a founding or early-stage engineer.
