We are looking for a People Partner who can build sustainable professional relationships and be a trusted partner to our contractors and company managers.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the contractors' success by offering unwavering support throughout their journey, starting from the onboarding process and extending to their growth and career advancement. Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, company managers, and contractors alike, you will drive organizational effectiveness, and talent management, and foster high levels of employee engagement.

Also, as a People Partner working with contractors from different countries, your role would involve supporting HR processes on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with line managers on critical HR matters such as contractor performance, engagement, and retention, providing timely insights and actionable recommendations
  • Consult and guide employees on career development, company policies, and procedures
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with contractors and proactively report on retention risks
  • Prepare and provide departmental reports, metrics, and information to HR Business Partners and the management team.
  • Maintain employment records related to retention, promotions, performance management, and terminations.
  • Work with HR analytics, including employee satisfaction surveys and other key metrics, to inform decision-making and continuously improve HR practices.
  • Proactively suggest process improvements and contribute to ongoing HR initiatives.
  • Perform additional tasks as required within the scope of the role.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant HR or people-related experience
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Highly developed listening and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated attitude
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to handle complex situations and deliver effective solutions
  • Comfortable working with a variety of digital tools and platforms, and able to quickly adapt to new technologies
