Key Responsibilities

1. Planning & Strategy

  • Drive monthly and weekly planning cycles, including target setting and performance tracking.
  • Ensure alignment of business priorities with cross-functional stakeholders (CFTs).


2. Data Alignment & Reviews

  • Finalize incentive targets for the team in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor team performance through timely review mechanisms and structured reporting.


3. Process Design & Visibility

  • Design and implement scalable business processes to improve efficiency.
  • Build dashboards and reports to enhance visibility of team performance and outcomes.


4. Business Excellence & RCA

  • Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for business gaps or performance deviations.
  • Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve business outcomes.


5. Team Engagement & Collaboration

  • Lead daily team huddles to ensure clarity of goals and alignment on priorities.
  • Collaborate with CFTs including Credit, Finance, Data, and Operations to drive seamless execution.


6. Communication & Presentation

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and business updates for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure crisp, clear, and structured communication across teams.
