Junior IT Project Manager | Up to £35,000 + Benefits | Kent (Hybrid)

An excellent opportunity has become available for a Junior IT Project Manager / Administrator to join a leading Microsoft Partner that delivers innovative Dynamics 365 and business intelligence solutions to clients across the UK and internationally.
This is an exciting chance to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting the successful delivery of ERP and CRM projects across multiple industries.
Role Overview
As a Junior IT Project Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between internal teams, consultants, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project delivery across the full lifecycle, from planning to implementation and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track project progress.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including timelines, risk logs, and status reports.
- Liaise with clients and technical teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Assist with resource planning, timesheet management, and billing coordination.
- Produce reports and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
About You
We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a structured, client-focused environment.
Essential:
- Demonstrable experience in IT Project Management or Project Administration (1–3 years minimum).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Desirable:
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, or DevOps.
- Knowledge of ISO standards or managed service environments.
The Offer
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location: Hybrid working in Kent
NOTE: Must have full right to work in the UK (ILR or British Citizen)
