React Native Tech Lead

We have a brand new role for an experienced 'React Native Tech Lead' to take charge of a greenfield mobile project end-to-end!

You will join a global SaaS company and build out their mobile capability from day 1!

As one of the first hires in this space, you will be setting the technical direction, growing your own team, and delivering mobile apps that make a real impact!

If you have worked as a Tech Lead that would be perfect, but we're also considering Lead Developers or very strong Seniors with the ability to step up!

What the role will look like....

The day to day:

• Leading design and development with React Native (Expo), TypeScript, and Node.js
• Setting coding standards, best practices, and architecture decisions
• Driving AI adoption to boost developer productivity and innovation
• Recruiting, mentoring, and growing a high-performing mobile team
• Owning greenfield projects from concept to production

Experience required:

• Strong experience delivering mobile apps with React Native (Expo a plus)
• Solid background in TypeScript, modern JS, and backend with Node.js
• Previous leadership experience – setting standards, guiding engineers, influencing architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and release management for mobile apps
• Bonus points for experience with native modules, Sentry/Firebase, or AI in production
