Duration: Perm Role

Hybrid Role--2 to 3 days from office location

Key Responsibility:

1. Technical Lead with Java background experience in designing, building and testing Java EE applications

2. Strong Core java knowledge including Spring, Hibernate, JSF, Spring boot. Should have basic ITIL knowledge and experience working in BAU support projects.

3. Hands on experience on Azure pipeline build, Yaml creation and troubleshooting

4. TDD driven coding. Should have hands on experience on Junit

5. Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST)

6. Ability to understand quickly to business requirements and work collaboratively with Business team

7. Good Knowledge of Agile development methodology, JIRA, Confluence, Azure repo

8. Hands- on resource who can provide technical guidance to developers

Desired Skills & Experience

Support BFL applications including fixing bugs, enhancing existing features and developing new functionalities:

Java 8 and 17

Spring Boot 3.0+ (Spring Framework 4.3.8+ and 6.0+, Spring Integration 6.0+, Spring Security)

JUnit 4.12+ and 5.9+

TDD Frameworks like Thucydides and Cucumber

Oracle database CRUD basics and PL/SQL

H2 (in-memory) database

JPA (Hibernate 5.2+) and JDBC interacting with query, stored procedures, etc.

JSF 2.0.8+

React 18.0.0+

Apache Open Source libraries like io, lang3, collections, etc.

Maven

Git

Tomcat 5.8+ and 10.1+

Docker 20.0+

Proficient in Linux (file systems, storage, network and tools like grep, vim)

Knowledgeable with RESTful API usage and coding

Familiar with schemata: JSON, YAML and XML

Azure DevOps (including feed, repositories, build and release pipelines, etc.)

Azure services like key vaults, containers, etc.
