Our Zurich office was founded in 2014 and has since established itself as one of the most successful teams in the Swiss M&A markets with c. 60 completed transactions. To support our growing team, we are looking for top-tier students for 4-6 months internships starting October 2025 or later.
We Offer:
- 4-6 month internship in our Zurich office
- Opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic team of seasoned investment bankers in Zurich and other locations, directly contributing to marketing efforts and live deals
- A steep learning curve in corporate finance, valuation, and strategic thinking
- Broad exposure to a diverse range of industries
- A unique chance to actively participate in the successful origination and execution of M&A transactions
- Conduct market, industry and company research
- Perform company analyses, including valuations
- Prepare marketing documents and pitches
- Support in preparation phase of deal execution: drafting of information memorandums, teasers, identification of potential buyers universe, etc.
- Support in due diligence phase of deal execution: management of data rooms, Q&A processing, etc.
- A strong academic record with a minimum of 6 completed semesters
- An excellent command of German and English
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office software suite
- Dedication and strong interest in corporate finance
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Confidence and an outgoing manner
- Flexibility, reliability and stamina with a high attention to detail
- The ability and motivation to work in a team
