We are looking for a dynamic personality to join our development department at our headquarters in Orpund, either immediately or by agreement.

Development Engineer Embedded Systems 100%

Your tasks

• Software and hardware development in the field of embedded systems (electronics, real-time operating systems like Linux (Yocto) and Zephyr, embedded C/C++, Python, VHDL, SoC, soft cores, industrial fieldbuses)
• Technical support for project managers in the development of our products
• Technical support for device managers in product care
• Expansion of expertise in the latest and most promising design and application technologies and their implementation in complex measurement and testing systems through to industrialisation (UML, Git, CI/CD, unit tests, etc.)
• Depending on experience, management of projects for the development of new measurement systems from functional prototypes to series production readiness

Your profile

• You have a degree in electrical engineering, electronics, computer engineering or embedded systems engineering from a university of applied sciences or university/ETH
• You are proficient in the latest technologies and are very familiar with the common development tools and methods
• You are aware of future trends in your field
• You are fluent in English and German and ideally have knowledge of French. Additional language skills are an advantage
