Your job
As a Trading Support Specialist, you ensure that our trading systems run smoothly and that our traders can operate efficiently. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving operational issues, managing system configurations, and ensuring data and metrics are accurate and reliable.
Your work combines analytical problem-solving with practical action. One moment you might be verifying system parameters or investigating an unexpected behavior in a trading process; the next, you could be preparing reports or visualizations to help traders and developers make informed decisions. You’ll learn the inner workings of our trading environment, gain deep insights into how technology supports our strategies, and play an active role in keeping everything running at top performance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with systems and data, collaborating with both technical and trading teams, and taking ownership of keeping a fast-paced environment stable, precise, and efficient.
Who are you
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or another technical field*
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail
- Comfortable working in a Linux/Unix environment (command line, SSH, etc.)
- Familiar with scripting or data tools (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar)
- Confident handling data and identifying inconsistencies or system irregularities
- Communicative and service-minded — you enjoy helping others and finding the right solutions quickly
- You take ownership and responsibility for your work, seeing issues through from investigation to resolution
- Curious, proactive, and reliable under time pressure
* Minimum requirements are: a solid academic background from a recognized university, with good to strong grades (e.g., CH: ≥5.0, UK: ≥65%, NL: ≥7.0, DE: ≤2.0, FR: ≤B, IT: ≥105 or equivalent). We value a well-rounded approach to talent assessment. While we have baseline expectations for academic performance, we understand that grades alone do not fully capture a candidate’s potential or abilities. Therefore, we also welcome applicants who demonstrate strong technical skills, initiative, or hands-on experience that complement or compensate for slightly lower academic grades.
What we offer
- Excellent remuneration (including discretionary bonus)
- Fun and inspiring work environment
- Experienced and knowledgeable colleagues
- 25 vacation days
- Additional benefits: going out for dinner regularly, Friday afternoon drinks, yearly office trip(s), weekly massages, monthly meal allowance
A pre-employment screening is part of our application process.
