We are seeking a passionate Designer to join our Design, Behaviours and Research team.
As a Designer (APS 5), you will build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders, while providing exceptional customer service in performing a range of design activities. You may lead or contribute to a design engagement and provide technical and procedural guidance on complex design issues. You’ll apply a good understanding of the broader impact and implications of activities of the wider work group to solve complex issues. You’ll identify and propose business improvement or user experience opportunities for clients or staff.
You will develop an understanding and knowledge of parts of the ATO business, and use it to make connections across the organisation. This includes taking a broader view across whole-of-government and the community.
You will build your capability and support your team’s development in the ATO design methodology. You’ll develop and maintain working relationships, while providing outstanding service.
This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD or Sydney CBD.
