UI/UX Designer – Digital Services Transformation
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented UI/UX Designer to develop the new customer portal for a government digital transformation project.
- Immediate start to 30th June 2026 with opportunity to extend
- Brisbane Hybrid – 60% in office
- Designing accessible, user-centric interfaces
As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, this digital transformation project involves working with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, you will design complex, workflow-based licensing and online services that are highly intuitive and accessible.
ROLE
- Translate CX insights and customer journey maps into high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design seamless, workflow-based service experiences (e.g., licensing and permitting applications).
- Ensure rigorous compliance with the Queensland Government Design System and government accessibility standards.
- Collaborate directly with the development team for clear design handover.
- Participate in iterative design reviews and feedback sessions with stakeholders.
YOU
- Proven expertise in UI/UX design for complex web applications.
- Mastery of Figma and practical experience using formal Design Systems.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce Experience Cloud and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions context.
- Experience in government or highly regulated environments.
- Experience designing digital forms and workflows (Identity Management, etc.).
- Exposure to or understanding of the Salesforce development/QA lifecycle.
