Role Overview: We are seeking an Associate Analyst - GRC to join our national IRAP team. The ideal candidate will need to be an Australian Citizen for clearance purposes and capable in the below areas:
- Exceptional stakeholder (people) management ability
- Strong communication skills
- Strong report writing capability
- Strong work ethic
Requirements: Must be an Australian citizen based in either Melbourne, Adelaide or Sydney.
Your Role:
- Support your peers to deliver engagements with personal autonomy and ensuring the client experiences high professionalism, care, ownership, and punctuality.
- Assist peers to resolve delivery escalations
- Receive access to extensive training and development opportunities
- Learn how to write and QA reports and material as required or assigned to you
- Assist with the development of internal and community materials
- Support your lead with information for reports on delivery activities
- Be provided with opportunities to write and publish articles
- Contribute to identifying drive internal improvements
Requirements:
- Self-awareness
- Ability to demonstrate a foundational understanding of People, Process and Technology controls
- ISM/DISP Experience or exposure to ISO27001, NIST, SOC 2 etc
- Basic understanding of common IT and technology concepts will be highly regarded (change management, incident response, system hardening, cloud computing, service providers)
- Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
- Able to deliver assigned tasks on time and ask for help early when needed
- Comfortable engaging with both other technical peers, willing to converse independently with business and technology stakeholders
