Are you ready to take technology leadership to the next level and shape the future of aged care in Aotearoa? At Heritage Lifecare, we’re on an exciting digital transformation journey and we’re looking for a bold, forward-thinking Head of Technology & Transformation to help us get there.
This is your opportunity to step into a senior leadership role where you’ll do more than keep the lights on – you’ll lead a shift from traditional IT support to a modern, consultative, and innovation-driven technology service. Reporting to the CIO, you’ll set and deliver a multi-year technology roadmap that drives measurable impact on resident care, staff experience, and organisational efficiency.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience leading technology and transformation programmes in complex, multi-site environments (health, aged care, or service sectors ideal).
- Strength in project and change management, with a knack for making innovation practical and accessible.
- Sound commercial experience with vendor partnerships, business case development, and budgetary responsibilities.
- A track record of lifting cyber security, data capability, and service performance.
- Confidence in engaging with executives, frontline teams, and external partners alike.
- A growth mindset: curious, adaptable, and motivated by making a real difference.
