Full Stack Developer

Position Overview

Job Description Full Stack Developer:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong database expertise to build and optimize frontend and backend systems that align with product and operational goals. This role will focus on frontend and backend development, APIs and database management, ensuring scalability and reliability across services.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development:

• Develop and maintain backend systems and APIs using modern Object-Oriented technologies, mainly NodeJS and Typescript.
• Develop and maintain frontend systems using modern technologies, mainly Typescript.
• Ensure services are scalable, efficient, and aligned within product requirements.
  
  

Database Design And Management

• Design, manage, and optimize SQL databases for performance and reliability.
• Plan and execute database migrations ensuring minimal operational disruptions.
  
  

System Optimization

• Enhance database performance by addressing query optimization and indexing.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in backend systems to improve system efficiency.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with web design, engineering and product teams to align frontend, backend and database solutions with broader product and business goals.
• Support integration of systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational alignment.
  
  

Reporting Support

• Contribute to backend reporting capabilities, ensuring data integrity for operational and strategic decision-making.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong experience in NodeJS and Typescript backend development, including technologies like ORM, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong experience with AI code assistants, like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
• Expertise in frontend development: user experience and responsiveness.
• Strong experience in security and privacy, mainly session management, cryptography and token management.
• Proven experience in REST design patterns, best practices and testing.
• Expertise in MySQL: database design, optimization, and management.
• Proficiency in integration design and development. Experience with well-known patterns like scatter-gather and circuit breakers is a plus.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting backend and database issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Financial business: banking and payments.
• Experience in supporting reporting systems or operational dashboards.
• Ability to work in Agile development environments and collaborate across teams.
